Irina Gordienko

Irina is originally from St.Petersburg, Russia and has lived in Czech Republic for the last few years, enjoying the beauty of the countryside and the amazing city views of the capital. She holds a degree in Business and an MA in ELT. Having a strong background in teaching various courses, such as General English, Business English and International Exams preparation, she is running her own language school and teaching Russian and English one-to-one in Prague.

Irina is fond of Phonetics and is currently giving workshops on Pronunciation teaching at the Language House. Her professional interests include reading on Linguistics and Methodology approaches in ELT. Among her hobbies are dancing, yoga, photography and oil-painting. She enjoys traveling and believes it’s the main source of inspiration.
